
Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting feedback to improve overall satisfaction via multiple communication channels.
This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and implementing solutions to address any concerns or issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to improve overall satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage customer relationships and ensure all interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Ability to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role
- Strong fluency in English and Hindi is essential
This is a full-time on-site position located in Hyderabad.
