
Customer Relationship Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
The Key Account Manager will work closely with internal and external teams to develop long-term strategies and targeted campaigns. They will maintain accurate customer account data, develop strategic plans to grow customer product usage, and facilitate new programs, messages, and offerings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify new upsell opportunities
- Work closely with internal and external teams to develop long-term strategies and targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate customer account data in contact management software
- Develop strategic plans to grow customer product usage
- Facilitate new programs, messages, and offerings
- Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with necessary departments for resolution
- Facilitate excellent communication and collaboration with sales team members and customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager (2+ years)
- Excellent account handling skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving, negotiation, and retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Bonus Requirements:
- Experience in B2B and SAAS industries
