Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets within specified territories.
  • Conduct effective field work with minimal supervision.
  • Submit daily reports to designated online systems.
  • Meet and exceed performance benchmarks for divisional norms.

Core Job Functions:

  1. Maximize prescription generation and market share.
  2. Promote divisional products in line with strategic plans.
  3. Nurture relationships with key stakeholders (doctors, chemists, stockists etc).
  4. Facilitate strategy development and implementation.
  5. Represent the organization as a brand ambassador.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience; freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered. Prior/current experience in the same therapy is an advantage. Fluency and confidence in communication are essential.
