Job Summary:
The Franchise Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying high-potential business regions and acquiring new franchise opportunities. The role involves evaluating competitive offerings, conducting lead generation and closure activities, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify High-Potential Regions:
· Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify areas with growth potential.
· Develop strong networks with existing franchisees and assess their experiences with our platform.
· Conduct thorough research to evaluate the feasibility of expanding into new regions.
Acquire New Franchise Opportunities:
· Utilize lead generation campaigns to drive interest in our franchise program.
· Build strong relationships with potential franchisees to ensure successful onboarding.
· Monitor and maintain franchise retention rates to meet organizational targets.
Drive Business Growth:
· Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from acquired franchises.
· Identify expansion opportunities within existing networks and develop plans to capitalize on them.
· Ensure franchisees comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Experience:
· Proven track record in franchise acquisition or channel sales with a strong understanding of stock broking.
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
· Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in the Stock broking industry.
· Strong communication and presentation skills and analytical decision-making capabilities.
