Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional customer support in our customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our shipping vendors and work with them to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience working in ecommerce operations or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent written and spoken English
