Global Expansion Strategist
Description:Metalink International is a leading provider of business setup and residency solutions in the UAE. Our team specializes in simplifying the process of starting a company, handling mainland, free zone, and offshore setups, trade license and name registration, PRO and visa services, corporate bank account setup, and local partner and investor protection.
The Global Business Expansion Manager will play a key role in driving our international growth strategy. This full-time remote position requires a proactive business development professional who can identify opportunities, establish global networks, and drive sales of our UAE/Dubai company formation and residency solutions across different countries.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of international markets, business consulting, and expansion practices. They have excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
- Develop and execute a global expansion strategy
- Build and manage relationships with key international partners
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in different regions
- Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and business conferences
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts
- Provide country-specific insights on regulations and market entry barriers
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management
- Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships
- Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
