Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to facilitate international business development and investment attraction. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in promoting cross-border investment opportunities and engaging with C-suite executives of Indian companies.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying potential Indian corporates with interest in overseas investment and expansion, and driving lead generation and corporate outreach programs on behalf of international economic development agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and engage with Indian companies interested in overseas investment and expansion.
  • Promote international geographies for business growth through CXO-level relationships.
  • Drive sector-specific outreach, B2B meetings, and international business roadshows.
  • Collaborate with global government agencies and EDAs for effective positioning.
  • Support trade/investment missions and provide market intelligence reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, investment promotion, or market entry consulting.
  • Exposure to working with international trade bodies, Corporate Banks, investment agencies, or consulting firms is preferred.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Proven capability in CxO-level relationship management and business development.
  • Strong ability to promote international geographies as investment destinations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of FDI drivers, global trade, and cross-border investment trends.
  • Experience in managing corporate outreach, roadshows, and delegation visits.
  • A network of Indian corporates and high-growth enterprises is advantageous.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills and international exposure are desirable.
