International Business Lead

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead international sales and business development efforts, driving growth in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in international business development, preferably in the Middle East.

  • Sales & Revenue:
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain profit margins.
    • Expand presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners.
    • Ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Market Strategy:
    • Conduct market research and use insights to define entry and growth plans.
    • Lead efforts to open new business in target markets.
  • Business Development:
    • Nurture relationships with existing partners and identify new opportunities.
    • Negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements.
    • Manage the full order cycle: quotes → delivery → invoicing.
    • Monitor payments and follow up promptly.
  • Sales & Marketing Support:
    • Assist with regional campaigns and promotions.
    • Represent the company at exhibitions and trade events.
    • Track performance and share improvement insights.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
    • Facilitate communication to meet business objectives.
  • Risk & Compliance:
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to regulations or geopolitics.
    • Stay updated on trade rules and advise teams accordingly.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Strong track record of sales success.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
    • Knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.
