Retention Manager

We are seeking a data-driven marketing specialist to prevent user churn and reactivate lapsed listeners.

This is a hands-on role for a problem-solver who loves to run experiments, analyze data, and see a direct impact on our user base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • At-Risk User Intervention: Identify Churn Signals, Champion Qualitative Insights, and Design & Launch Retention Campaigns.
  • Lapsed User Reactivation: Own Win-Back Campaigns, Craft Irresistible Hooks, and Test and Learn Rigorously.
  • Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Measure What Matters, Be the Voice of Churn to Product Teams, and Partner with Core Retention Specialists.

We're looking for a specialist with 4-7 years of experience in churn management, user reactivation, or retention strategies, ideally within a B2C subscription or mobile app business.

Key skills include Innovative Problem-Solving, Hands-On Campaign Execution, Analytical Sharpness, Experimentation Mindset, and Passion for Music.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior and develop actionable insights to inform retention strategies.
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns to reduce churn and increase user engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to identify areas for improvement and drive cross-functional solutions.

Requirements:
