Introduction
Indus Net Technologies Ltd is seeking a high-caliber Client Partner to spearhead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a Client Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and priorities.
- Work closely with our delivery team to provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and insights to clients on industry trends and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to client relationships.
- Work with our finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing Enterprise account relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
