Introduction

Indus Net Technologies Ltd is seeking a high-caliber Client Partner to spearhead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a Client Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and priorities.
  • Work closely with our delivery team to provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to client relationships.
  • Work with our finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing Enterprise account relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English.
