Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Client Lead to join our team at IQVIA, a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.

About the Role

The Strategic Client Lead will be responsible for managing multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the Consumer Health field. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent client influencing and relationship building skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

In addition to project management, the Strategic Client Lead will contribute to new business development and maintaining and strengthening client relationships. This may involve supporting the development of new offerings and providing high-level input to client reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of client solutions.
  • Lead teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and develop cost-associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
  • Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables and lead projects to successful completion, on-time and on-budget.
  • Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
  • Serve as key point of contact with clients.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, 8-12 years of related experience, including consulting and Consumer Health experience. You should also have excellent project management skills, client influencing and relationship building skills, and an in-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings.

A Master's degree is preferred, but not required. You should be able to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines. Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area, and knowledge of key issues and current developments in the Consumer Health industry are also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
