Reception and Administrative Coordinator
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional manner and assisting them with inquiries and directions.
  • Issuing and collecting visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring workplace security.
  • Providing administrative support, including copying, faxing, and making travel arrangements.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms, as well as answering phones and routing calls.
  • Assisting colleagues with various administrative tasks and performing ad-hoc duties.
  • Scheduling appointments and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Consistent professional dress and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills and ability to contribute positively to a team.
