We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Andd Jobs.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, including greeting and welcoming guests, directing visitors to the appropriate person and office, and answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition, with all necessary stationery and materials, and providing basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.

Additionally, you will receive, sort, and distribute daily Courier deliveries, maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, and order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.

Key skills required for this role include knowledge of Tally, basic accounting and billing, and the ability to make entries on Tally. You must also have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.

Candidates with prior experience in hospitals or clinics will be preferred, and immediate and nearby joiners will also be considered.
