Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Raghav Fabricator. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Greeting and Support: Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer phones in a professional manner, route calls as necessary, and assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Mail and Package Management: Sort and distribute mail, and manage packages and deliveries.
  • Team Support: Assist the junior administrative team with tasks and projects, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
