Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst - IGA

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications, interacting with application owners, gathering information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application, co-ordinating and testing custom development, working with internal engineers to get the integration built, and maintaining accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new applications by understanding system requirements and communicating with application owners
  • Coordinate, test and validate custom development required by app teams to perform integration
  • Work with internal engineers to build integrations as per governance best practices and application requirements
  • Maintain accurate statuses for all onboarded applications
  • Assist multiple app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7-9 years' experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) as an engineer or analyst
  • Proficiency in identity mapping and configuring source and target applications for attributes
  • Development of custom workflows for lifecycle management and provisioning
  • Administration of SailPoint based Identity and Access Management Solutions
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification

Technical Expertise:

  • Access lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes)
  • Integration with HR systems, Active Directory, cloud applications, and custom systems
  • Custom development of connectors, workflows, and provisioning scripts
