About Us

SailPoint IdentityIQ Senior Engineer:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and translate them into IIQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request.
  2. Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements.
  4. Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications.
  5. Implement Lifecycle Management (LCM), Access Certification Campaigns, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  6. Optimize and troubleshoot IIQ configurations, workflows, and performance issues.
  7. Support production deployments, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
  8. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IAM engineers.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  2. 5–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with 3–5 years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise.
  3. Strong development experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  4. Experience in configuring and customizing SailPoint IIQ modules.
  5. Knowledge of IAM standards & protocols.
  6. Experience integrating IIQ with enterprise systems.
  7. Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and Identity Governance principles.
  8. Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Windows, Databases.
  9. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer / Architect.
  • Experience with SailPoint SaaS offerings.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Prior consulting or professional services background.
