Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to join our team in providing support for IBM ISIM and TDI systems.

  • Provide operational support for IBM ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and IBM TDI (IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator) systems.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to ISIM/TDI environments, both in production and non-production setups.
  • Manage identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity governance.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments. A strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and governance is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience working with IBM ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and IBM TDI (IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator).
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments.
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, and governance.
