SAP Security Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in SAP Security, specifically in Identity Management (IDM), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), and Identity Authentication Service (IAS). This role requires expertise in designing and implementing secure identity management solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust identity management systems for S/4HANA Cloud and BTP applications.
  • Design and configure authentication and authorization policies to ensure secure access to sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate corporate identity providers such as Azure AD, Okta, and Ping Identity.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot security issues related to identity management.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Security, with at least 3+ years in IAS/IPS.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IAS, including SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, and federation.
  • Practical experience in SAP IPS provisioning for S/4HANA Cloud and BTP applications.
  • Deep understanding of SAP BTP security concepts – subaccounts, role collections, entitlements, trust setup.
  • Experience with certificate-based authentication, SCIM, and Zero Trust models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control or SAP IDM for governance and role-based provisioning.
  • Familiarity with authorization concepts in S/4HANA Cloud and BTP services.
  • Experience in BTP multi-tenant and service-to-service authentication setups.
