Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Okta Identity Cloud to join our growing IAM team.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in architecture, implementation, integration, and support of Okta-based solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Okta solutions across projects.
  • Designing, configuring, and implementing Okta Identity Cloud features including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory, and API access management.
  • Integrating Okta with various applications (cloud and on-prem) using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and other protocols.
  • Working closely with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and security leads to define access control strategies and identity workflows.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to authentication, authorization, and provisioning.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of overall experience in IAM with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and API security.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, custom scripting, and identity automation.
  • Familiarity with integrating Okta with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, Office 365).
  • Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO27001, GDPR).
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues related to authentication, authorization, and provisioning.
