Job Title: Enterprise Identity Management Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Identity Management Specialist to join our team. As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure identity solutions for our enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication services, and enterprise identity infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless access to our applications through centralized IAM, covering user authentication, SSO integration, and full account lifecycle operations.

In this role, you will oversee the entire identity management process, from provisioning to deprovisioning, ensuring that our systems are secure, compliant, and performant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure identity solutions using industry-leading tools such as Okta, Azure AD, and ADFS.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive policies for identity lifecycle management, group management, and authentication standards.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot identity-related incidents, including login failures, MFA issues, and access provisioning errors.
  • Collaborate with HR and security teams to integrate identity management processes with HR systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing SSO solutions and identity platforms in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 identity services.
  • Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP protocols.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, for identity automation.
