Visual Identity Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Visual Identity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand.

You will conceptualize and create captivating visuals that resonate with our target audience. This includes designing social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and printing collateral.

Responsibilities
  • Design Conceptualization: Develop innovative design concepts that align with our brand's visual identity.
  • Create compelling digital and print media assets, including social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and printing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
  • Visual Storytelling: Develop custom illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visuals as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.
  • Staying Current: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience (experience in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry is a plus).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a bonus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
