">- Develop innovative strategies to drive growth and improvement in revenue cycle management.
- Lead the implementation of A/R process enhancements, focusing on efficient collections and cash flow optimization.
- Strongly understand and apply revenue cycle management principles, KPIs, and industry standards for insurance collection.
- Oversee downstream revenue cycle operations, including Payment Posting, AR Follow-up/Denial Management, and Patient Billing.
- Gain a deep understanding of provider specialties' unique needs and challenges.
- Ensure portfolio performance aligns with client and internal benchmarks.
- Develop leadership capabilities and business acumen among direct reports.
- Effectively execute organizational policies, processes, and procedures.
- Exhibit strong leadership with 5-10 team experience.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
- Annual performance reviews/appraisals and Excel/Presentation skills are essential.
- Maintain a strong focus on people management and customer service.
Candidate Requirements
">- 14+ years of RCM experience and knowledge of metrics and calculations.
- Associate Director or Senior Manager experience is required.
- Team lead experience with 150+ members is necessary.
- Leadership capabilities, human resources management, and goal attainment are crucial.
- Willingness to work night shifts is preferred.
- MS Office expertise is essential.
