Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our technology strategy and drive innovation. As a Chief Technology Officer, you will develop and execute technical strategies that align with business objectives and enhance scalability.

  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Tech Stack & Infrastructure: Build and optimize a robust, scalable tech stack to support the company's growth and product needs.
  • Innovation & Research: Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments.
