Director of Food and Beverage Job Summary

The Director - Food & Beverage will lead the F&B operations for a luxury hotel, driving revenue, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple dining outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage Division, including restaurants, bars, banquet services, and in-room dining services.
  • Develop innovative F&B concepts and elevate culinary offerings to align with luxury positioning.
  • Drive revenue through strategic promotions, menu engineering, pricing, and efficient cost management.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service and guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing F&B team.
  • Implement and monitor departmental SOPs, brand standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Culinary Team on menu design and culinary innovation.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, regularly engaging to understand preferences and feedback.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the F&B Operation.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing for F&B promotions, events, and partnerships.
