Job Title:

Financial Operations Leader

As a Financial Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the organization.

  • Accounting Operations Management to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and MIS Reports, including monthly closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
  • Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely completion with accurate documentation.
  • Handle reconciliations, including bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Monitor working capital, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems, preferably SAP/Tally.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
