Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our real estate operations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and compliant financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and provide insights for financial planning, helping to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards specific to the real estate industry.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in US/UK accounting software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful reports.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with property management software.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
