Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager
">Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial operations of the company.
">Responsibilities:
">- Manage and oversee the entire finance and accounts function of the company, including fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT/service tax, statutory compliance, and fixed assets management.
- Monthly review books of accounts and financial reports, and finalize accurately monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly balance sheets, P&L, and other compliance.
- Handle procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, Capex management, salary, and employee reimbursements.
- Conduct financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period actuals).
- Analyze financial data and provide cost-saving opportunities to management.
- Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits (statutory and tax audits) with zero major non-compliance issues.
- Prepare and finalize income tax returns, monthly GST returns, monthly TDS, and monthly reconciliation of input tax credit.
- Manage daily cash flow and working capital.
Requirements:
">- Effective leader and team player, skilled in motivating and guiding teams to achieve peak performance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytics and reporting skills.
- Expertise with accounting systems (preferably Business Central), POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
- High-level attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
Candidates should have experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India and must be well-versed with account receivable, account payable, fund management, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax act requirements.
Preferred candidates should have experience in the QSR or Retail industry.
Candidates from any location can apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Mumbai.
