- Financial Operations Manager

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as Financial Operations Manager.

- The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Responsible for preparing and tracking budgets for each division, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed custom MIS reports for various activities, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
  • Expense Tracking: Oversee the detailed tracking of expenses and budget for construction projects, ensuring adherence to financial plans and goals.
  • Cost Management: Provide input on cost-cutting activities and streamlining processes to optimize financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: CA & CS, B. Com (Hons)
  • Experience: 15 years of relevant experience in finance and operations management
  • Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills, with expertise in financial management systems (ERP, BI tools)
