Job Title: Financial Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations and ensure timely completion of accounts.
  • Coordinate with banks to arrange working capital finance and Capex requirements.
  • Develop strong tax expertise, including direct tax laws and TDS compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including auditors, consultants, and banks, to drive accounting and regulatory initiatives.
  • Oversee accounting software configuration to guarantee accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely ROC compliance with auditors and manage vendor payments effectively.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities, including income tax, VAT, and TDS departments.
  • Maintain GST compliance, including monthly returns filing.
  • Ensure TDS compliance and book entries in Microsoft Navision for expenses and fixed assets.
  • Maintain banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the financial strategy and ensuring seamless execution of financial operations.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day finances, coordinating with stakeholders, developing tax expertise, overseeing accounting software configuration, ensuring timely compliance, and maintaining banking relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in financial management, taxation, and accounting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial management, taxation, and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of direct tax laws, TDS, and GST.
  • Experience in managing vendor payments and maintaining banking relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
