Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our U.S. business operations within the Finance team.
- Prepare and reconcile inventory reports to ensure accurate month-end financials.
- Analyze and consolidate cost data to support pricing and profitability assessments.
- Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements.
- Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain AP records.
- FOLLOW up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to U.S. GAAP.
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Flexible work hours to ensure effective collaboration with the U.S. team.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
- Familiarity with inventory and cost accounting.
- Knowledge of international payment systems and reconciliation.
Flexible, with overlap during U.S. business hours as needed.
