Financial Operations Specialist

As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate execution of various financial activities. This includes handling financial compliance, statutory filings, and company incorporations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing them to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide efficient business establishment solutions, legal licensing, and post-incorporation compliance support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings by preparing and managing necessary documentation.
- Track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing to ensure smooth operation.
- Guide clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup, providing expert advice and support.
- Support timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Maintain accurate records of filings, transactions, and reports, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
