Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
About the Role:The role of a Financial Operations Specialist is to provide financial support to various stakeholders within an organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage depreciation registers in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of leases as per schedules.
- Review and process payroll when required, adhering to established procedures.
- Oversee bookkeeping tasks and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Create and maintain detailed workpapers for each client, including BAS and IAS preparation.
- Prepare management reports and financial statements as needed.
- Handle tax returns for companies, trusts, individuals, and SMSFs, ensuring strict compliance with lodgement deadlines.
- Manage ATO queries and analyze optimal tax computations for clients.
