Employee Experience Specialist Job

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the employee experience across our institutions. This role will involve owning the onboarding journey, engagement programs, surveys, and transparent communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey
  • Owning the end-to-end onboarding experience to ensure smooth cultural assimilation.
  • Maintaining an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores.
  • Providing structured insights to managers to improve retention during the probation period.
HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Generating dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Using HR data to identify engagement, attrition, and sentiment trends.
Surveys & Insights
  • Designing and managing engagement, pulse, and exit surveys.
  • Analysing survey data to derive actionable insights and sharing findings with leadership.
Transparent Communication & Tools
  • Leading the implementation of collaboration and engagement platforms.
  • Driving communication campaigns that build trust and clarity across employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with survey design, data analysis, and presentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS platforms, and/or data visualization tools.
