  3. In-depth knowledge of human-centred design/user experience design principles.
  4. An ability to facilitate design sprints, workshops, and user research initiatives.
  5. Clear articulation and rationalization of design decisions based on insights and data.
  6. Strong visual communication skills, including sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, and building wireframes and prototypes.
  7. A passion for high-quality design execution and a solid sense of ownership in product outcomes.
  8. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and Zeplin.

Nice-to-have Skills :

  • Experience in the fintech industry.
  • A degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or Computer Science.
