
Business Development Professional

As a key member of our Research and Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in managing client inquiries, understanding their needs, and positioning our services to drive long-term relationships.
This involves acting as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries, ensuring clients experience value from the outset.
You will work closely with our Research and Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client requirements, maintaining accurate records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
Beyond this, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement, partnering with our marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound client inquiries, understand client needs, and position our services effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- ~1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
- ~ Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
