AV Operations Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to manage, support and maintain AV systems for seamless operations of meetings, conferences and events.

  • Manage onsite AV operations including setup, testing and operation of equipment
  • Provide daily support for all AV-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces and event areas
  • Set up and test video conferencing, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers and control systems
  • Deliver live event support for presentations, hybrid meetings and town halls
  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting services
  • Diagnose and resolve AV system issues in real-time with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate with remote support teams and vendors for escalations
  • Perform routine checks, system reboots and preventive maintenance
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems: Crestron, AMX, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Biamp, QSC and Shure
  • Proficiency in video conferencing platforms: Zoom, MS Teams and Webex
  • Familiarity with AV over IP, signal flow, DSPs and control systems
  • At least 3-6 years of hands-on experience in AV support with expertise in Polycom, Logitech and Videowall Controller technology
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in live environments
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with DSPs, signal flow and control systems
  • Knowledge of audio processing software and network protocols
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++
