Job Title - Plant Quality Head

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Quality Head to lead our team in ensuring the highest standards of product reliability and safety.

This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for quality excellence.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and control quality processes across all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
  • Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to achieve quality objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, prepare reports, and present quality performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications and conduct supplier audits as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer queries, complaints, and audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the LV electrical panel or similar electrical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of LV electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards.
  • Expertise in QMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Proficiency in quality tools like FMEA, Pareto charts, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software.
