Leading our Battery Energy Storage Systems division, you will be responsible for technical strategy and team guidance.

About the Role

This senior leadership position requires a highly skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of energy storage technologies, system integration, and project execution. You will be expected to drive innovation while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies for BESS system design, development, and deployment from concept to commissioning.
  • Provide technical expertise on battery chemistries, power electronics, and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Oversee project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in BESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-on experience with EMS, SCADA, and controls.
