Senior Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Leader to spearhead engineering excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 17+ years of experience in developing innovative solutions, with a minimum of 5 years in people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual growth strategies by collaborating with global engineering leaders and product management teams.
  • Oversee the design, development, and improvement of pump systems and related technologies.
  • Manage projects related to pump technology, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals working on pump-related projects.
  • Evaluate and ensure that pump systems meet quality standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements.
  • Cultivate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and Global stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in pump technology and apply them to projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of pump systems, hydraulics, fluid dynamics, and related technologies.
  • Leadership competencies such as strategic thought leadership, accountability for execution and results, courage, agility, and the ability to leverage global teams for success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industries that heavily rely on pumps, such as water treatment, oil and gas, agriculture, construction, or manufacturing.

This position title will be given based on the experience and work capability/exposure of the selected candidate.
