Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding sales role in the field of cybersecurity? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram, India.
Job DescriptionThe Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, managing and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and reporting on results. Additionally, the role includes identifying new lead generation opportunities, maintaining relationships with prospects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Book product demos and discovery calls for the closing team.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead data and activity.
- Collaborate with AEs and founders to optimize funnel conversion.
- Research prospects and sharpen pitch for different verticals.
This role offers a unique opportunity to break into the cybersecurity industry, a future-proof and high-growth field. You will work with global clients, have hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Lusha, and receive mentorship from CXOs and startup founders.
You're The Right Fit If:- You have 1-5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably within SaaS, IT, cybersecurity, or BFSI sectors.
- You have a strong understanding of how to prospect, follow up, and qualify leads independently.
- You have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, confidence on calls, and a passion for exceeding targets.
- You are an ambitious, coachable attitude with a desire to grow rapidly in a high-performance sales environment.
- You have proven ability to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
- You have experience in managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns across channels.
- You have strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- You have a knack for identifying new lead generation opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with prospects.
- You have exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
- You have prior experience in a similar role within the cybersecurity domain (preferred).
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
