  • This role requires enhancing Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.">
  • You will continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements, user feedback incorporation, and performance tuning.">
  • The successful candidate will customize form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.">
  • Tailor and extend CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations.">
  • Develop and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.">
  • Manage Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency.">
  • Customize the Employee Center portal to improve branding, content delivery, and user engagement.">
  • Design and publish reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency.">
  • Troubleshoot platform issues using advanced scripting skills and resolve defects promptly.">
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.">

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.">
  • Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules.">
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.">
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation.">
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation.">
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors.">
