Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

The role of a ServiceNow Developer involves designing and developing innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform. As a developer, you will be responsible for creating custom applications, integrations, and workflows that meet the needs of our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Java or other programming languages
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and features
  • Experience with Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs
  • Ability to create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows
  • Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams
