Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management (ITSM) principles, and general IT operations.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot incidents, resolve service requests, and ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow environment. They will also perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades, ensuring the platform remains stable and operational.

Additionally, they must provide support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform. They will collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.

Our ideal candidate must have 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations, be ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), familiar with IT security policies, and possess strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades, ensuring the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Provide support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Familiarity with IT security policies.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
