Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. This role will focus on building robust, secure and scalable connections using ServiceNow's integration tools, APIs and best practices to support digital transformation initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Development: Build, configure and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, and other technologies.
  • Develop workflows, data transformations, and automation logic to support integration needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with architects to design integration patterns and ensure compliance with security and performance requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
  • Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations.
  • Implement error handling, logging and monitoring for reliable data exchange.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with ServiceNow developers, system administrators and process owners.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation, integration diagrams and runbooks.
  • Best Practices: Ensure integration solutions follow ITIL and platform governance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with at least 2 years in integrations.
  • Strong expertise with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and scripted REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in: REST & SOAP web services, JavaScript (Server-side & Client-side), MID Server configuration and orchestration, authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, Mutual TLS, SAML, JWT).
  • Solid understanding of CMDB data models and how integrations affect them.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
