Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles, ServiceNow platform functionality, and general IT operations.

This position involves resolving technical issues, ensuring system stability, and providing top-notch support to end-users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to the ServiceNow environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing user inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Possess 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Have expertise in ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with IT security policies and procedures.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
