ServiceNow Security Specialist

 

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Security Specialist to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Security Operations (SecOps).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.
  • Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide, as well as proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.

Key Competencies:

  • SecOps (SIR & VR) Advanced configuration and customization.
  • Solution Design Translate business requirements into secure workflows.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in software development.
  • End-to-end implementation experience.
  • Experienced in Secops, VR and SIR.
