Administrative Manager

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily support operations and develop efficient administrative procedures. Your goal is to ensure seamless execution of all support activities allowing other operations to run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate administrative systems to streamline processes
  • Evaluate Admin staff performance and provide coaching for maximum efficiency
  • Monitor office supplies and purchasing within budgetary constraints
  • Oversee facilities services maintenance activities and tradespersons
  • Organize and supervise various office activities
  • Manage housekeeping security pantry cleanliness and waste management
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Stay informed about organizational changes and business developments
  • Facilitate information flow within the company for smooth business operations
  • Negotiate with vendors and travel agents for optimal deals
  • Manage employee calendars travel itineraries and accommodations
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships
  • Purchase reorder and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
  • Maintain and upkeep office assets
  • Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with government bodies and officials
  • Track expenses to ensure cost compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications: You should possess strong documentation skills using MS Word Power Point Excel etc. and have excellent interpersonal communication skills teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
