Strategic Talent Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the retail business objectives and staff-related challenges, enabling them to create strategic recommendations based on this insight.
As the main point of contact for our staffs and sales team, you will drive governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement, and cost for the business.
- Drive governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement & cost for the business.
- Engage & work with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations.
- Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team.
- Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices for the team.
- Directly interact with the store staffs, implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.
- Responsible for HR operations, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Exit Process.
- Coach the individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.
- Own/drive HR policies and directives, ensuring smooth implementation across the organisation.
- Should be able to travel across the country for staff meetings.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-6 years' experience in retail relationship management. Preferably from Large format Business;
- Ability to manage big teams;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
