Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Talent Acquisition and Management Professional to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless staff onboarding processes, managing employee benefits, and maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive new hire orientation and onboarding programs that foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and provide guidance on insurance options.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Travel across regions to support business needs and engage with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working in Human Resources, with expertise in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and other stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in dealing with medical professionals is highly desirable.
