We are expanding our team and seeking high-performing professionals to lead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts.

Role Overview

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
  • Support organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

• Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.

• Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.

Performance Management

• Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.

• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs in consultation with managers.

• Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
